THE MANGO TREE GIRLS SCHOOL

A MODERN, BOARDING  GIRLS SECONDARY SCHOOL  AND JUNIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL IN HOMA BAY COUNTY

The Mango Tree Girls School is a new model school with a national outlook and set with international standards to offer Secondary school education to the girls in Homabay County and the Nyanza region in Kenya. It is a charity school that provides access to good quality education in the areas where HIV left huge numbers of children orphaned by AIDS.  For the last 17 years, the Mango Tree Orphan Support Trust has been working in homes with parents and caregivers and schools to ensure that orphans, both boys and girls, farmers, teenage mothers, and other vulnerable children and the community in Homabay County are empowered and able to improve their way of life through self-reliance.

The school is providing a new approach to students' boarding life and a holistic approach to the core of adolescent girls. We are empowering the girls by safeguarding and protecting them against social challenges in the community including sexual and gender-based violence which remains to be one of the main challenges in Homabay County.

More vacancies are available for girls to come in all classes, from forms one to four and get a state-of-the-art secondary school, with qualified teachers who will make the dream of the girls come true, through Education.
